I have been going to this tax office since I was 19 and even before that I have fond memories of going with my parents to watch them file their taxes. Ms. Kathleen is one of the best tax advisors I have ever had always so helpful and had answered many a questions I have had.
This place is Horrible
I went in due to me have 7+ W2’s and the pro was professional and quick.
Awesome place I recommend getting your taxes done here, it took them 15 minute
I came here because I thought it was a place you’re supposed to go to when u don’t know anything about taxes & they help , Long story short kafty is very rude and disrespectful & if you’re not getting that much back from taxes they’ll treat you as so!. Everybody in there is very unprofessional , but I’m guessing cause it wasn’t that much money at all! But the way she treated me I didn’t even expect that!!
