I’ll never go back. My first appointment was scheduled and an apparent walk-in client was being seen on top of my appointment after sitting there unacknowledged for 35 minutes I left. I called the following business day to reschedule and expressed my unhappiness with my treatment and with apologies I was scheduled with someone with more experience and earlier in the day, that was appreciated.
