First, this review has nothing to do with this location I filed online and had a professional look over it. Somewhere along the lines, two numbers on my account got switched. I finally got my refund a month later after fighting for it through my bank and hr block. Hr block finally paid it. But the experience was a nightmare at best. You get transferred to an off shore call center and told several different things.
