I had a very disappointing experience with Deepali Dube. We visited for a tax consultation, but at the end of the meeting, she remarked that we had wasted her time because we chose to file our taxes online through H&R Block instead of using her services. This felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Additionally, the receptionist was unhelpful and came across as rude. Jasmine made the whole tax process so easy and stress-free. She is incredibly friendly, personal, and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. She was also impressively quick getting everything completed, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and personable tax professional!
Good place to do taxes the staff are incredible and helpful. The process was fast and easy especially with things I had. Overall it was easy.
Update: I had to lower the rating because I just realized after reviewing the papers that they charged me $209 + $42, instead of the 160 + 42 I was quoted for filing a simple return. I must have been too exhausted to miss that. I usually don't like leaving negative reviews but I've been extremely disappointed by this company and I hope this review helps someone else going through a rough time. First, this review has nothing to do with this location I filed online and had a professional look over it. Somewhere along the lines, two numbers on my account got switched. I finally got my refund a month later after fighting for it through my bank and hr block. Hr block finally paid it. But the experience was a nightmare at best. You get transferred to an off shore call center and told several different things.
