Ruined my whole tax return Lashonda did a rush job on them & I had to wait 2 months for them would not recommend paying them, for nothing you can do it yourself for FREEE & the supervisor told me “ you should’ve jus did it yourself “ in a very rude voice she needs to be fired immediately! Whole place of business is “ ghetto “ & “ unprofessional “ NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN !!

If I could give zero stars I would. I got charged 500 for somebody here to do my taxes and they messed them up and I had to get audited and got back 1500 less than what they told me and still had to pay the 500. They charge you based off of what youre getting back so the fact that i got so much less I shouldve paid way less plus she messed my taxes up and I couldnt get my taxes for months so I feel like really i shouldnt have paid at all.
