Finally filed my taxes and with the assistance of McKenzie, Such a nice help, I was struggling with a few things and she was patient and supportive on making the process very easy. Also was able to make my tax payment without additional fees, right there hassle-free. She was very informative on the additional service for Identity protection and made the filing process very simple, thank you guys very much now that I have that problem squared away.
Lulu was very nice, accommodating, and helpful. We really appreciate her!

This H&R Block is the worst Tax Preperation place I've ever went to in my life. First, fliers and internet offer $50.00 to existing customers and new customers for referrals and even with both existing customer and new customer in the office at filing there taxes and inquiring about It did not do any good and only told to go website and so on. I didn't need to get an appointment. The charges for the service is not expensive compared to others taxes office.
