Horrible experience. Told me they couldn’t file my taxes then held my paperwork hostage until I paid a 50 dollar fee. Carolina tells my gf mayville h and r has been doing her taxes wrong aswell we call mayville they were confused at where i would owe them 50 I never signed a contract or any time of authorization for them to do my taxes for me to owe them a fee but it never got that far. My boyfriend and I scheduled back to back appointments with Carolina Quezada. My appointment went first, she was rude by ignoring my questions but I let that go since she figured out my taxes and filed them. As for my boyfriend’s appointment, she refused to file for him because one of his W-2 forms was a picture since that’s all he had.
