This office has become the absolute worst office in their entire network ! Not one person employed there knows what the other employees are doing. Not one of their receptionists can answer the simplest question without having to get one of their so called " tax pros " who are always busy. It takes the longest time to get an answer for anything. I've had to make four trips to just sign and get my tax forms completed. Their district office is no better. Their district manager promised to call me at a specific time and didn't. ... read more
My H&R Block office is close-by my home and my agent Derek Griffin is very astute in going through my documents which I both sent online and brought in person to the office.
Horrible communication (ignored all my tax-related emails) and submitted taxes without my permission.
Terrific and thank you. H&R Block on Johnson Ferry Rd. in Marietta is terrific. The people who work there are fantastic and wonderful. Please commend Leslie, Melody, Pat and Wrece on their excellent customer service skills, their knowledge, support and encouragement. They are all so friendly and kind and brighten my day.
