Only given a one star review because of Nicole everybody else at the Mason city branch very nice good at their job, but Nicole is very disrespectful And unprofessional not in that she doesn’t know how to do her job because she dose just if there is any problem it’s not her fault or nothing she can do about when all she would need to is make a call like her coworker said
Connie is the single best tax professional I have ever worked with. I can really appreciate the fact that she was patient and she genuinely cared about the outcome of my tax return. Highly recommend
Nicole is great but the office manager isn't. My wife was overcharged for our taxes and I called and was told that the whole amount would be refunded. I stated I just expected the over charge to be refunded but they insisted on the whole amount. Well, 2 1/2 weeks later we received the refund just of the overage. If I hadnt been told differently it wouldn't have been a big deal but I was and it shoukd take 16 days to refund the difference.
