I strongly advise against using this H&R Block location, especially if you're a first-time homebuyer, have rental properties, or are a small business owner. I had to instruct my tax preparer on how to file my taxes because she, her manager, and supervisor lacked the knowledge to do it correctly. I had to point out eligible deductions and expenses (such as rental costs and utilities) that should've been included, and now I have to go back for an amendment after reviewing my past returns and noticing inconsistencies.
