Great experience. George was kind but quick. He was thorough. Everything was fully explained.
It took about 2 and a half weeks to get my taxes figured out. Tax pro service almost caused a $100,000 error, which would've made me owe almost 20,000.00! I had to use another service to verify the errors and then had to wait to get it resolved. Also, it was an unpleasant experience finding out you have to pay before even viewing what was prepared. Very efficient and friendly!
Have not had any bad experiences dealing with H&R Block. I've been having my taxes prepared by them for 15 years, and never any issues. They are polite, knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.
A little pricey but great overall. Get taxes done in about an hour and help out with deductions.
