Went in to get last year's taxes fixed. They did not provide any of that. And were not willing to touch any of it got my W twos wrong told me that there was nothing that I could do about it, strongly recommend going to turbotax.
Went in for the 1st time in years just to find out why I stopped using them. Their advance (which should be based off the amount of your total refund) is based off how often they do your tax work. So not only do they not provide anything better than turbotax, but you actually get less of a return as well with their fees. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because the agent was fairly nice.
Thank you H&R block. Everyone in the office was a great help, speedy and reliable. David Willett was helpful looking at my information from every angle possible to get me the best return.
