Had a scheduled appt for 11. They texted me that my appointment was at noon, then again a few days later saying 1:30. I called to say it was at 11 and I couldn’t do 1:30. Lady was very rude and dismissive of that fact that I had a scheduled appt. Cancelled my appt.
