Last year I found out that we hadn't done our taxes for a couple of years, my husband had been sick. I was distraught and just wanted it fixed. I ended up owing both Federal and State. I paid the fees at HR block, then, I paid all of the taxes, or so I thought. Just came in to this location today walked in and walked right back out. Extremely rude even smirked at me and laughed. Mind you, I called ahead and asked if I was allowed to walk in and was told yes. It’s even printed on their door in big white lettering. That walk-ins are welcomed. They acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there
I was able to have my Amended returns (x2) completed today in record time, thanks to Leslie Sue & the crew working in a supportive & very friendly atmosphere. I appreciate you ladies!
Scheduled to do my taxes at 930 on a Thursday then I get there and they don't open until 4 days later. Crazy to Schedule for them to not be there and pay them to do my taxes just bonkers.
