Just came in to this location today walked in and walked right back out. Extremely rude even smirked at me and laughed. Mind you, I called ahead and asked if I was allowed to walk in and was told yes. It’s even printed on their door in big white lettering. That walk-ins are welcomed. They acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there
I was able to have my Amended returns (x2) completed today in record time, thanks to Leslie Sue & the crew working in a supportive & very friendly atmosphere. I appreciate you ladies!
Scheduled to do my taxes at 930 on a Thursday then I get there and they don't open until 4 days later. Crazy to Schedule for them to not be there and pay them to do my taxes just bonkers.
Montrese helped me with my taxes. I’m on Active Duty orders and in the state of Indiana they changed the tax code for Active Duty service members to not pay state taxes. She went to another man who heard of it, but went with others and didn’t follow the information that was provided as proof. She took her own perception of the tax code change.
