I’ve been a customer for a few years and I’ve never been let down until this tax season. However, Shonda who isn’t a tax pro at this particular location stepped up and took care of my issue. She was professional, direct, and honest. She met me halfway even though she could hear in my voice that I was upset. Mind you, this was done over the phone. The non-tax pros are the faces of this company. They all deserve a RAISE!!!!!!
