Sandra was by far the most respectful and wonderful person I’ve ever had do my taxes. She is very professional and I would recommend her one thousand times over and over again! I’m very pleasured to have her as my tax return specialist.
Horrible experience with Sandra K Fett. She was constantly dehumanizing me. Made the experience horrible and on top of that filed my taxes wrong. If you have her she’ll do whatever she can to give you no money back. I did the calculation on my own with H&Rs calculator and it put me at double of what she said I’d be getting back. Overall it was a horrible experience and not the place you want to go if your wanting help because she won’t.
Came in to get help with taxes and irs after I alredy came in a paid and said I didn’t and all yeah did was Google numbers and tell me they can’t do anything for me even though I paid for the extras service to help if I had issues with irs and they didn’t even try to help zero stars if I could
