Kristina was my preparer this year and she was an absolute gem. Took her time to explain things to me. We had great conversation and she was able to help me with my complicated return and help me prep for any follow-ups. She was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Give her a raise!
The office on Cottman Ave is horrible and unprofessional. They are rude and do not know how to speak to people. They charge you tons of money and can't even properly send an email or text. I know 3 people who've went to them this tax season and they all said they will never go back to them.
If you ain’t doing your taxes with Jacky Maldonado you ain’t doing them right she the best..!
