Wonderful
I had an appointment - for a year. It was confirmed. When I arrived I was told that the preparer had to leave because of a death in the family. I can understand that but NO ONE called me to let me know. More than a little angry and upset. Last year a preparer did my taxes wrong and I had to return to have them done over. This will most likely be my last time.
