I had an appointment on 3/21/25 at 3:15 PM at Cottman Ave., Philadelphia, PA location. I waited over an hour before I was told to leave my paperwork. On 3/25/25 I received a text from Carine Mathurin that she was working on my taxes. 3/29/25 a voice message that she was still working on my taxes and she would set up a appointment. I am extremely disappointed with H&R Block’s service. I thought the issue with my tax return would be resolved quickly, but after visiting three different offices for the same year and receiving no resolution, I am beyond frustrated. Each time I went in, I hoped the problem would be fixed, but instead, I was met with delays and unhelpful responses. That Mirana lady with the Russian accent was very very rude! She got very hostile towards me in front of my 10 month old daughter and my child’s father stating that my situation was too much for her. We came there early for our appointment, not a nice smile towards us she just asked what do I need and I told her and she kept talking over me and instantly gave up and said I’m not doing this and scheduled me with someone else.
