I rarely review places--the only good part is at the bottom. I went in seeking guidance for my compliance office at my apartment complex. The lady at the front desk said "we aren't the IRS." Condescension isn't exactly a good start when someone is asking for help. The IRS for us "common peasants" isn't always easily navigable in terms of simplicity. I have only used him for the past 4 straight years and current as well and will do so always! I sure appreciate everything the company and my tax pro does.....
