They don't actually do much of anything. My first and last tax service. They can't talk to the IRS. You have to log in everytime they communicate with you. They instruct you to mail tax documents and then they don't care when those documents seemingly go missing. Horrible. My taxes are not complicated but they sure made them that way.

Nice guy. I guess it was done correctly. Not impressed in any way however. Expensive.
