They don't actually do much of anything. My first and last tax service I'll ever use. They can't talk to the IRS. They try to contact you through an account that no longer exists.
Nice guy. I guess it was done correctly. Not impressed in any way however. Expensive.
I had an appointment scheduled and they called me a week later to say they cancelled it. Not a way to run a business.
