Nice guy. I guess it was done correctly. Not impressed in any way however. Expensive.
I had an appointment scheduled and they called me a week later to say they cancelled it. Not a way to run a business.
Thomas has a true passion for doing taxes returns (actually enjoys his work) and quite a few years of high-level experience.
My daughter scheduled an appointment here and needed some help as the IRS rejected her taxes due to agi supposedly from last years taxes. The lady was so rude to her stating there is nothing she could do for her. She needs guidance as this was her 1st time doing taxes on her own. Shame on whoever this was for not offering advice to get this resolved so she can file her taxes correctly.
