I had my taxes dropped off here. They sat untouched for over two weeks. How is this acceptable? Absolutely horrendous experience, and incompetent staff. I will never be an H&R Block customer again and I will make sure I strongly advise everyone I know to never use them. I took my tax documents back and filed online using Turbotax.
Hr Block has done my taxed for 40+ years no problems at all.
