Horrible experience. I was yelled at by the manager in front of my kid. My child and I were kicked out and threatened to have security called on us only because I requested my tax records back to take them else where. They also stole my tax papers by refusing to return them to me. I contacted their head quarters and they just ignored my concern. Terrible staff, and place to do business with. Zero stars. 1 is too high.
I caution everyone against working with this company. My experience was unprofessional and unhelpful. The condensed version is that I went to H&R Block for one purpose: so that I could compare the results of my wife and I filing jointly or separately because this decision could have ramifications for my student loan payments. Nothing they tell you is correct.
Waited for over 10 minutes was completely ignored by the entire staff not even a hey we are a little busy we will be right with you nothing at this location will be telling everyone of my friends and family to avoid this location. So rude
