If I had used H&R block for my refund, compared to who I did use, Liberty Tax, then I would have earned over 200$ less. The person who worked with us from Liberty also happened to work with HR previously for a couple years and confirmed it was likely due to their not even poor training, but specifically shady practices of hiding different fees.
