Made an appointment online. Showed up and was helped by Tammy R. She was super helpful and sorted out my situation. I lived in 2 states and had filed my federal taxes online thinking I’d save some money but couldn’t file state taxes. She got me the tax credits and made it so I did not owe the states any money. Great service and highly recommend this location.
Horrible experience. Asked questions because I wasn't sure how the tax system worked and got accused of stealing over a total earned income of 8300
