I did my 2024 tax return with H&R Block for the very first time at this Bartlett location. I had James (Jim) Fuoss help me file. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is incredibly kind and helpful. I would be regularly going to him if I wasn't moving out of state.
While the people who work at the H and R Block are kind, they completely messed up our simple tax return/amendment FOUR times. Unfortunately, if you don't purchase their guarantee, they (upper management) are OK with negligent work and dissatisfied customers. I would save your money and (more importantly) your sanity and just use TurboTax. Edited to add that after calling the number below and explaining my story AGAIN, I did not even receive a call back. Have been extremely satisfied with the service over the years. I like uploading documents ahead of time so our return is ready when we meet with Sandy. We like a face to face meeting.
