Scummy company, their software didn’t work this year and they’re only giving a $20 credit toward purchase of the software next year
I worked with Maria Flora this year on my tax filings. In general, she has been responsive and supportive throughout the process. However, during the document review phase, I discovered a minor error that could have resulted in a loss of approximately $2,500 if I went ahead and approved it. I went to H&R block for my tax preparation for the year of 2024. Worst place to get your taxes done. Alaine was my Tax advisor's, all he did was put in the number's and told me a 4k amount of taxes to be owed. I was shocked so I asked him for an explanation and all he said was - I don't know, I don't make the number this is what the software show's.
