Claudia is AMAZING!!! I came in with a confusing tax situation from filing my taxes on my own in the past. Within my 45 minute appointment, she was able to quickly understand my situation, took the time to explain it to me in a way I could easily understand, came up with a plan of action for getting multi year amendments in, and was transparent about pricing. I definitely recommend her if you are considering using this office!
This is the best H&R Block I’ve been to. Jermilya helped me with everything, she was super quick and took care of it all! 10/10 would go back!
Jermilya is a fantastic specialist. She handled my taxes quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend her enough. 10/10! She went above and beyond.
When I sat down for the appointment I was quoted $220 for the paperwork I provided - 4 forms in total. After everything was processed because I made over $X on my W2 the number suddenly jumped to $415. I would have never moved forward with the appointment for that rate had I known upfront. I should have just walked out and am infuriated that I let myself just follow through given the tax prep work was completed. I would never return after this completely dishonest business practice.
