AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My Tax pro was a nice person BUT he made a grave mistake by entering my earnings TWICE which of course made it appear on my tax return that I earned twice the amount I actually did which made me have to pay a large amount of taxes. I didn't realize the mistake until a couple months later when my child and I were kicked out of our insurance plan and benefits. I paid for Peace of Mind so the same office had to do an Amendment for me but they also did THAT incorrectly which caused more stress and drama for me.... read more
When I filed my return for the year 2023, I worked with Edna Walker. I was filing my taxes late for that year and so had made an appointment to see her. I was early for my visit and yet when she met me at the door she told me she was getting ready to leave because I did not show up. She was in a hurry to meet her husband so she could go shopping and have pizza with him. Extremely Rude and unknowledgeable. While paying out I was asked how the service was. I responded "bad". The receptionist then yelled at me to leave (while I was paying them $440).
This was an utterly unacceptable experience. We had a scheduled appointment at 6:00 PM with ALAIN CHAHINE, who was introduced to us as a “tax professional.” However, his conduct and lack of professionalism proved otherwise. We were kept waiting for 45 minutes past our scheduled time. On multiple occasions, ALAIN CHAHINE briefly appeared only to ask for “10 more minutes,” citing that he was still wrapping up with another client. Scummy company, their software didn’t work this year and they’re only giving a $20 credit toward purchase of the software next year
