I NOW OWE BECAUSE OF THE MISTAKE THIS LOCATION MADE I spent over $200 and the IRS came after me because this HR BLOCK did NOT file ALL required documents. I am not a tax professional how would I know anything was missing?? They refused to fix their mistake and demanded me pay for an amendment. NEVER USE HR BLOCK EDIT!!!! your comment gave me a phone number, THANK YOU FOR A PHONE NUMBER TO A COMPUTER THAT WILL NOT CONNECT ME TO A PERSON WITHOUT PAYING!!! EXTREMELY TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE
Two filing years prepared and both filing years was completed incorrectly. Still waiting for filing preparation fee to be returned. :-(
