One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Avoid like the plague. I had H&R block help me out with my taxes this year. While they did complete the task, I went weeks at a time waiting for follow-up communication, and any further requests for clarification resulted in no response through both email and the web portal. I asked for an explanation as to why costs doubled for completing my taxes when compared to last year, and I never got an actual response. The logest wait I ever had only one rep to help. There app is waste no body answer to question.
Fast professional easy to talk too
Service was great, but every year the price goes up. This year it was $295. That's a lot and next year, it will most likely be more. May have to go elsewhere. I gave 4 stars because of the price increases.
