These people aren't actually experts. I filed my taxes with them and told them I wished to pay off my First Time Home Owners Tax credit in full. When they prepared my taxes for the the year in question. I was told I owed a single dollar in taxes. So there was a standard ten dollar fee for filing late. I told the two "experts" cool I'm not worried about the penalties on a single dollar.
