I just called with a couple of general questions and spoke to Jen and I can’t remember the last time anyone anywhere was so polite, kind, and helpful on the phone. It made me feel very at ease about using H&R Block for my taxes

H&R has utterly atrocious customer service. This just happens to be the closest location to speak on it publicly since H&R only has the phone line available and an emailed review. My partner spent all day trying to simply not get hung up on. One employee even stated, “if this question is too difficult, I will hang up on you.” As though it is in their policy to hang up on people.
