Taxes were prepared improperly despite my instructions beforehand. The promised amendment was not filed by the date given by the HR block Tax professional. The tax professional did not respond to multiple electronic messages and phone calls. I had to tell the entire story four times to multiple customer service personnel with no resolution. I told multiple personnel that I wanted my tax preparation fees refunded to me and was told that I would be refunded by customer service via phone. I just called with a couple of general questions and spoke to Jen and I can’t remember the last time anyone anywhere was so polite, kind, and helpful on the phone. It made me feel very at ease about using H&R Block for my taxes

Rodney is very accurate and friendly.
H&R has utterly atrocious customer service. This just happens to be the closest location to speak on it publicly since H&R only has the phone line available and an emailed review. My partner spent all day trying to simply not get hung up on. One employee even stated, “if this question is too difficult, I will hang up on you.” As though it is in their policy to hang up on people.
