Had my taxes done here last year, I'm beginning to realize just how unprepared they were to handle my case. I won't be back and I'm incredibly upset at just how little they did. If your tax situation is complicated then get an actual CPA who doesn't refuse to draw outside the lines, the guy at HR Block errored on the low side leading to more taxes and less deductions. Angelo. My tax prepper. Courteous. Professional. Informative. Mike. Older gentleman. 50+. In ear shot of everyone in the office he said "we don't need customers like them. They can wait all day. Who cares if im a half hour over appointment time." So I left since yall don't need customers. Super disrespectful to talk down about a client that YOU messed up and made leave. Grabbed my things and also left since you don't need the customers 🤷♂️
Gordon was friendly and courteous and helped answer all the questions I had about my taxes from last year. I am confident my taxes were filed accurately.
Since I moved to Batavia, I’ve been coming to this HRBlock office. I love the way that everyone treats the customers. Will always be friends with my tax preparer. She’s the best.
