My tax preparer Ileana was very thorough with my return and offered advice for next year and was very professional, i will definitely return next year!
Called just now to ask a question. The woman did not answer the phone properly or even say hello until I did 4 times, then she asked me a question I already answered. She was not listening and very unprofessional. If you can't even answer a phone properly how on Earth can anyone even trust you with their income tax return?. I specialize in customer service and I would have sent her on the spot for the day. Her incompetence made me not even recommend someone to this particular office.
