Scheduled an appointment for a same day return. I usually go to a different location, and I will definitely not be returning to this one. I came in with a T4 and a T4A. No other paperwork. Should have been in and out as I usually am. Waited over an hour and a half. There was only one person working. Other clients kept coming in and interupting my appointment. Absolutely the worst experience I've had in all the years I've been doing my taxes with H&R Block. I left without my return and was told they'd call me tomorrow.
go to any other h and r block. poor service and they tell you nothing . most expensive place I've gotten my taxes done to date too , 75 hr is laughable for their qualifications
