I came in on Monday to get my taxes filed and had a few issues that required some follow-up steps. Joanne assured me she’d be keeping an eye on things and would call as soon as she had what she needed to complete the process. By Friday, I still hadn’t heard back, so I called to check in. Absolute worst receptionists in the world. Tried to call for a follow-up about an appointment we had earlier in the week and were met with the snottiest attitude imaginable. Had absolutely no interest in answering any questions or gathering any info needed.
Horrible Place. They have extremely rude staff that pick up the phone. They also committed fraud on my return.
Extremely Disappointed with H&R Block – Inconsistent, Unreliable, and Poor Service After dealing with H&R Block for two years in a row, I can confidently say I will not be returning. Have been going to h and r block for years..I made an appointment to get taxes done via phone. Went to appmt and was asked for picture ID .I do not carry my govt card unless I'm told it's required.The receptionist did not make any apologies for the person not telling me ID was required to process the return. I waited 25 min ..person was late doing returns.. only to be sent away.
