Horrible Place. They have extremely rude staff that pick up the phone. They also committed fraud on my return.Â

Have been going to h and r block for years..I made an appointment to get taxes done via phone. Went to appmt and was asked for picture ID .I do not carry my govt card unless I'm told it's required.The receptionist did not make any apologies for the person not telling me ID was required to process the return. I waited 25 min ..person was late doing returns.. only to be sent away. I recently brought my friend to this location to see if he could have his taxes done. I asked one of the ladies we don't have an appointment. Can you fit us in? Instead of just saying we are completely booked today. She says you can wait and see if someone cancels. I'm like, wait, what? So I asked what's the next earliest appointment. Went in and had my taxes done but found out after that I needed something changed. I went in again and was told I had to make an appointment with one of the managers so I did. The day before my appointment they rescheduled it for almost a week later and when I went in I was not booked in with a manager and was told they couldn’t do anything to help. Just wasted 2 weeks of my time getting my taxes done. First issue I’ve had with H&R in over 6 years and only at this location.Â
