I was recommended to use this office so I was expecting a better experience. About two weeks prior to 4/15 I went for my first appointment. For reasons I’d rather not disclose my taxes did not get filed. I had made another appointment to finalize my tax preparation the following week with a different “specialist.” I returned and this gentleman seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. I made an appointment a year in advance with the tax expert Bill,that we saw last year. We were notified the day before that he would not be in the office at that time. Booking online does not work with this company
Horrible experience! Slow work. Repeating questions over and over. The taxes were a mess. Nothing was organized. Definitely didn't ask the right questions!
