I made an appointment a year in advance with the tax expert Bill,that we saw last year. We were notified the day before that he would not be in the office at that time. Booking online does not work with this company
Horrible experience! Slow work. Repeating questions over and over. The taxes were a mess. Nothing was organized. Definitely didn't ask the right questions!
