Very poor customer service via phone. Also website stated free and I was told eventually by the rep that it wasn’t free. Maybe change your website.

Have 1,000 missing off my card once tax refund was deposited. Called and explain what was going on NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. That was over a week ago
