I used this location in 2023 for filing my business taxes. Since I had a great experience, I decided to go back but the woman that helped me the previous year no longer worked there. So I used Susan Jackson. BIG MISTAKE. She seemed too pushy for me to use her over another woman at a nearby location. She had no knowledge of how I should pay the Georgia back the money I owed. I guess she was frustrated because she stopped answering me and I had to keep messaging her on the H&R Block app. She kept giving me the same information... read more
