Don’t use Cheryl Kirk at Amarillo’s 45th and Bell location. She LOST documents, used racist language repeatedly and we heard from friends AFTER we left the office that they had overheard Cheryl telling other agents that we were just “looking for a discount and trying to say she had done things wrong!” She did the return correctly, but the amount owed was several thousand dollars.
