Very disappointed with my experience today at H&R Block located in Bell Plaza on 45th in Amarillo with Senior Tax Special Cheryl who was assigned to me. She was visibly/verbally upset & made several comments that were not professional. Comments like I’m trying to figure out why you’re coming in late to do your taxes & I'm trying to understand why you didn’t bring your paperwork in earlier last week so we could work on it.
