Awesome experience all the way through the process
I came here for help because I was having troubles with my TurboTax account and the lady who was assigned to me did not put forward her best service. We ran into a little hiccup while trying to file together, but while I tried to figure out that hiccup the lady started to lack communication after I left their office, and also helped someone else instead of me which delayed my tax filing process(as I had already came to them 2 weeks before the deadline).. then AFTER the tax deadline someone reached out to me trying to help li... read more

Block has been doing our taxes since 2018 and every year until now has been a stellar experience. I'm not quite sure what happened this year. The whole thing has been a disorganized, uncommunicative mess. We dropped off our paperwork on 3/19 to give them plenty of time to prep and then heard nothing back.
