Paid 260 dollars to do a simply tax return only because I had one question I wasn’t sure of I should have called the IRS instead and done them myself! While there the tax preparer Carmen you need to do better! And should know better! kept taking personal phone calls, and she was NOT listening to me at all the advice given by the “pro” screwed me in the end with the IRS and unfortunately can’t be reversed. I had a very good experience with H&R Block. It was my first time filing my own taxes in 25 years. My wife passed away last year. She was an accountant and always did our taxes and we never had a problem. It was scary until I went to H&R Block. My tax preparer was friendly and professional and did the whole return in a half hour. I am so relieved that everything went so smoothly, and I don't have to worry about taxes anymore.
