The staff at Har Mar Mall are fabulous!!
Cynthia prepared our taxes. She was friendly and thorough. There system works smoothly. Book online show up and they get them done. Fees are fair.
My wife and I scheduled an appointment to look over our taxes with the master tax expert. We arrived 10 minutes early but after an hour of waiting he was still unavailable to meet with us. Things happen I get it, but nobody acknowledged he was running late. Eventually we just decided to leave. A simple call ahead of time or an apology when we arrived that things were behind schedule would have went a long way.
