I was nervous for my first time walking into somewhere for my taxes but Katrina helped me & she did an AWESOME job! It was my first time & i’ll def be coming back next year for my tax return. She was so nice & very helpful I recommend going there! The lady at the front desk is also amazing I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice! THANK YOU!!! They made the experience very enjoyable and helpful !

If I could give 10 stars I would for MRS. MIKIEA RICHARDSON. She has been my tax pro for the last 2 years and always nice, respectful, professional and all together a great women to do business and if you ask for my opinion best person to deal with your personal business like tax. I have been a user of H R Block tax software for several years. This year, I had a tax question that was not addressed by the software. I contacted the helpline. Izzy scheduled a telephone appointment for 11am. They never called. I called back and was told that there was a charge for answering tax related questions and another appointment was made, no one ever called me. I called the tax preparation office myself this morning and was told that they had been instructed not to answer tax questions for people who used the softw... read more
I give 2 stars because the third tax preparer I was transferred to was awesome. The first admitted she wasn't sure how to deal with my admitted special situation. I appreciate the honesty. This was on Friday. I was transferred to another person who said they would contact me the following Monday or I could call them. Monday and no call, but I knew how busy they are and waited.
