Tammy was quick, friendly and professional!
They employ people here who barely know how to do taxes and dress them up like tax professionals. Even the office manager did not know how to handle my unique tax problem. When I came back with an excerpt of the relevant tax code, they kept insisting they needed a corrected W2, which is not the correct way to file this issue. Save yourself time and energy and go pay the same amount of money for an ACTUAL tax professional.
