The worst experience ever. Very unprofessional, file my income taxes wrong. Got penalized and the didn’t help me to fix the mistake made by them.

Jason the apparent manager was extremely rude with a very poor attitude. I'm a disabled person using a wheelchair. He sat behind the and watched me struggle with the door as it is not handicap abeled. A waiting coustemer had to help while he watched. When I asked to see the same woman I dealt with the prior He got an attitude. When I told I didn't appreciate this poor attitude I was told to leave before he called security.
