My partner went there and got basically scammed. $350 for a personal tax return. Previous years were half that, but without informing her ahead of time they upped it to double. By the time they told her, it was too late and she had to pay. On top of that they incorrectly filled out the forms, resulting in an incorrect tax return. When I called to inform them, they informed me we would have to pay them to make the adjustment. Overall, not expert advice, no guidance, and hugely expensive. Great experience, Moges walked me through 3 years of taxes, made sure I got my maximum return and even walked me through lines on my return I needed to get back into my CRA account. I'll definitely being going back to Moges next year, professional, efficient and great at explaining every step.
