Jason the apparent manager was extremely rude with a very poor attitude. I'm a disabled person using a wheelchair. He sat behind the and watched me struggle with the door as it is not handicap abeled. A waiting coustemer had to help while he watched. When I asked to see the same woman I dealt with the prior He got an attitude. When I told I didn't appreciate this poor attitude I was told to leave before he called security. The advisor my appointment was originally booked with was busy, and so Josie took me to get started and was super helpful! I had a lot of old tax years to go through and she smashed through 4 years in just over an hour! She was super helpful and such a delight to work with.
Looked at reviews ahead of giving them a shot. The low score now makes sense. Tried calling in the morning multiple times and nobody answered so I went there instead. I Was talking to a person there at the counter and was asking some questions. Was informed I needed some more papers. I replied that would have been nice if someone would have answered the phone earlier.....just as the phone started ringing. Josie is the best, she does taxes to all of my family, she is so friendly.
$130 outrageous!!! The last time I will do taxes through H&R Block... Wayyy to expensive!
