I had a fantastic experience with Adelia last year..5+stars for her! This year, my tax filing is being handled by Sandra. Unfortunately, not all of my emails are responded to and when they are, I mistakenly address (ONE out of FIVE) with the wrong way. A prompt terse email appeared correcting me. When I apologized, not response. Today, another condescending phone call.
