Had a great experience last year and this. Last year I had to file multiple taxes and get current and Simon looked after me. Today I was helped by Sandra who took time to explain my filing and how I could be better prepared for next year. Her patience and care really stood out to me and I can’t appreciate her and this team enough. Thank you kindly!
Asked if we could do taxes remotely, they said no, waited 2 hours with a sad baby only to be told we absolutely can do it. Avoid this location & Save yourself some trouble.
Barbara charged me more than double than I have EVER paid to get my taxes done - even when I had a Proprietorship with receipts to enter. I have two children with disabilities and info was already on CRA. I should not pay more than double because she checked a few boxes. No T4's or anything. Easiest return ever. I will do my own return next year. I am not buying her bogus explanation. What a rip off.
