Initial drop off was easy and smooth though after being contacted that my documents were ready for pick-up, obtaining them seemed to be an impossibility. Two rounds of 30+ minute waits while the two reps attempted to process simple customers debit payments unsuccessfully. Didn't bother to return, will re-file elsewhere. No time for foolishness of this sort.
I had my taxes filed here twice - both times were great and super quick. Highly recommended!
Asked me if bringing receipts and seemed very reluctant to have me come in after I advised I do have receipts. . Kept asking if it’s just t4’s. I got the impression they were lazy and only wanted simple applications. I now do not feel confident in H&r block!
I had the bad experience with their other location but at this location (baker drive) the guy named “lee” did a good job for us..i will surely recommend him ..he’s very friendly
