I want to begin by saying that I have never had an issue with this H&R Block location in the past. I have been coming here for the last couple of years and have always been able to walk in without any problems. The signage on the door clearly states that walk-ins are welcome. However, yesterday around 6:00 PM after work, I had an unpleasant interaction with the receptionist. She initially asked for my name, assuming I had an appointment. I would give Dave Sorge 10 stars but hr block should give repeat customers a bit of a break it’s very expensive !!
Not using them again.Learned my lesson.
one of worst companies i have ever dealt with, used Turbo tax in past to do my own return but bit into H&R bs about cheaper and easier, its as close to a scam as you will find, funny next year i am going to the town library and file by paper , suck a scam
