I went to file my taxes with Sherri brown. And i did as I was instructed to and filled out my information on the website to better assist the tax-preparer and with that I trusted Sherri brown to use that information to do my taxes and she failed to do that. I understand tax season is stressful, but I do not think that this justifies treating customers rudely. The lady at H&R Block who did my taxes seemed annoyed that my return involved extra paperwork. I am paying for it, so I should be treated well. Also, I did not get notified that my return was rejected by the IRS. I happened to find out on my own ten days after the rejection.
