I have to say Alice is nice and they have been so helpful and last year when I came into a problem they was very good about my problem when the other H&R Block turned me away and wouldn’t help me with my problem but since that accident I don’t have to worry about them problems anymore and I know they expensive but they do help when come into a problem…
The tax service met all expectations plus some. Our contacts were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Approach was professional. Work was comprehensive and accurate. All questions and concerns were completely and positively addressed.
