Elena needs to learn basic communication skills. I went in for some basic tax questions and she just would not let me finish the question. I could not get 3 words in and she just overrode me with nonsense. Then when I realized I wasnt going to get anything done, I got up to walk out. She followed me and kept talking about me not going to the right place. I am a paying customer and got referred to her. Awful customer service skills.
My experience with my tax prep pro was terrible. I've had a lot of new changes and wanted to make sure I was still doing my taxes right (since I always do them by myself) and chose the online tax pro option. Her name was Eleina Gitnik. H&R guaranteed taxes be done online by a pro in 4 days or less and starts at $89. No where was there a cost estimate, just a final payment surprise of $400. Should have known.
