They insisted I go in person to file my taxes, once I did they were triple booked and had nothing ready even though I had submitted everything online weeks earlier. I had to wait for more than 1 hour for them to fill out my forms and then proceeded to charge me $270. Even though I went in person they still made me finish and submit the forms to the IRS by myself, at that point I would have preferred to do it completely by myself and save the time and money.

Elena Gitnik was very helpful and explained each step in the the filing process.
Elena needs to learn basic communication skills. I went in for some basic tax questions and she just would not let me finish the question. I could not get 3 words in and she just overrode me with nonsense. Then when I realized I wasnt going to get anything done, I got up to walk out. She followed me and kept talking about me not going to the right place. I am a paying customer and got referred to her. Awful customer service skills.
