Incompetent tax consultants and poor customer service! Coretta Jones prepared incorrect tax forms that would have cost me all my refund (even made it look like I owe money) and it took her a week after our meeting to prepare these inaccurate documents. I went to a different tax office after H&R Block where they completed everything in only 15 minutes and I even received way more tax refund than I expected.
