I booked an appt with this salon after calling and requesting someone specializing in short hair. They were able to get me in extremely soon (which should have been a red flag). I had damaged hair I had been growing out so I wanted a short cut. I have very thick hair and a few cowlicks around my hairline, so I made sure to show photos that were feminine but a short pixie. We’ve been going to Wesley Chapel location and same stylist for several years. Yesterday will be our last time. Hair cut was terrible. Not even close to what we asked for and we provided a picture. Picture was long on top, wavy in back, we got a military cut, shaved neck. I started to write details then decided it wasn’t worth it so I deleted them. Amazing people! They’re kind, patient, and caring people who surpassed all of our expectations. They took us in without a reservation, offered cold water, and gave my mom an amazing haircut. 10/10
