This was first time for my roots touch up . not a good experience as my grey hair was not covered when i have reported them they have asked me to come for redo ; even after redo the greys were not covered . I cannot colour again and again and damage my hair i expect it to be done for the first time . also this service was from expert professional. she was kind and good but results are good . it was waste of my time and damage to my hair due two double hair still no results .
I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the person who made my appointment over the phone, to the staff at the front and then my awesome stylist, Ashleigh! Everyone was so kind and accommodating! I lucked out getting Ashleigh. She knew exactly what I wanted/needed. I love everything about my hair! The color is PERFECT! She’s also just an amazing human being. Thank you a million times over for taking such great care of me!!!!
I booked an appt with this salon after calling and requesting someone specializing in short hair. They were able to get me in extremely soon (which should have been a red flag). I had damaged hair I had been growing out so I wanted a short cut. I have very thick hair and a few cowlicks around my hairline, so I made sure to show photos that were feminine but a short pixie. We’ve been going to Wesley Chapel location and same stylist for several years. Yesterday will be our last time. Hair cut was terrible. Not even close to what we asked for and we provided a picture. Picture was long on top, wavy in back, we got a military cut, shaved neck. I started to write details then decided it wasn’t worth it so I deleted them.
