Excellent work but some communication issues. I’d give them an A+ for quality of work. They’ve had a very difficult time working with the city & it’s difficult for me to tell how much of that is the responsibility of the city and how much their lack of persistence in getting the city to finish their paperwork.
We shopped around several contractors before we met Sean and his team. He was the first to actually sit and listen to us to get to understand our ideas and what we're looking for. Then he put our ideas on paper and started filling in the blanks of what was missing to get to our end result the way we wanted. We hired HQ Remodeling to remodel our front yard. It was a very extensive project, with a great deal of demolition and hardscape involved. We had done similar projects with other contractors and those experiences were not very good. Our hope was that this job would be completed somewhat on time, and with a minimum of frustration on our part.
