Brian was great to deal with address to all of our maintenance issues in a timely manner and kept things running
I worked with them for about a year and I was not impressed. At one point I needed to sell a property and they recommended I go with a “killer” real estate agent friend. That person turned out to be a wholesaler that wanted to set up a contract in which she paid me X for the house after she sold it for X + 50, with an unlimited time for her to find a buyer. In general John is not as on top of things as Brian would have you believe in their sales pitch.
I was a property owner that used HQ Property management from 2019-2023. John was able to keep the house occupied by tenants for the entirety of the four years. The maintenance was kept up, and I was able to contact him with whatever issues I had in a timely manner. My original property management company had the property vacant for 6 months. I am very grateful that I found HQ Property Management.
RENTERS BEWARE! These guys screwed us over big time, and not just once. They "lost" our rent multiple times; never responded to maintenance requests (even when a storm BLEW OUR FRONT DOOR OFF; image attached); refused to relinquish the BGE bill to our name; and then stopped returning our calls after BGE flagged us for "theft" even though the G&E was bundled with the rent.
